Assigned to the 2nd WRS - 4 of these 7 airmen are known to have died in WW II plane crashes

I received this photograph from the family of Calvin Sigrist. This is the only photograph I've found of the men on a ship or boat. I've identified three of the men in the photo; first man on the left in Bill Knowlan (killed in a plane crash), second from left is Fred Keup (killed in a plane crash), fourth from left may be Jean Dixon (killed in a plane crash), fifth man from the left is Calvin Sigrist (killed in a plane crash).
